• Mental Health Counseling

    I provide individual mental health counseling for folks 18 and over. I offer a welcoming and inclusive practice that honors the whole person and all of their intersecting identities including: race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, religion, age, body shape and size, and socio economic status. I strive to implement an anti-racist and fat-liberation approach, and am LGBTQIA+, kink, and poly allied and affirming.

    Currently sessions are offered in-person or virtually through a secure HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Please reach out for details about Covid-19 safety precautions implemented for in-person appointments.

    Individual 50 minute session: $150

    Individual 90 minute session: $225

    Individual 15 minute phone consultation: Free

  • Insurance

    I am not in network with any insurance panels. However, there is a potential for “out of network” or “superbill” options. Please reach out with any questions you have regarding these options.

    No Surprise Act Notice- Federal law states you have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ explaining how much your medical care may cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a cost estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
